MOSS has adopted an improved registration system. Here are a few tips:

  • Summer Programs are listed by date as well as by grade level.
  • Multiple students can register in one transaction.
  • Please provide any additional information that will assist us in creating the BEST experience for your child.

Essential Program Gear:

Please be sure your child is wearing sturdy, closed toed shoes everyday.

In addition, please bring a backpack with the following everyday:

  • 2 Full Water Bottles, at least 1 Liter each (e.g. Nalgene bottle)**
  • Rain coat
  • Sun hat and/or sunglasses
  • Extra pair of socks
  • Healthy sack lunch (no hard-sided lunch boxes)**
  • 2 Healthy snacks**
  • Extra clothing (always pack a warm layer)
  • Shoes that can get wet (with a back strap). NO Flip flops
  • Small container of sunscreen and bug spray

**MOSS is committed to reducing waste in every way possible. Please consider re-usable packaging and bottles when packing food and water!

Double check backpack contents before leaving home each morning!

Program Expectations

On the first day of a MOSS Summer Program instructors lead students in the creation of expectations for safety and respect, which we foster with encouragement and positive reinforcement.  If a student’s behavior presents a concern for their safety or the safety and enjoyment of others, consequences may include removal from all or part of activities or permanent removal from the program. In such a case, unfortunately no refunds are awarded and the student may be precluded from participating in future MOSS experiences. 


Cancellations made up to 31 days prior to the program start date will be refunded, minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made 30 days or fewer before the program start date will be subject to retention of the entire program fee. No refunds can be issued for no-shows, withdrawals, or illnesses 30 days prior to or once a program has started.  If MOSS cancels a program due to insufficient enrollment or other unavoidable issues, we will do our best to place your child in another program, or a full refund will be given.
