The Watershed Festival & Fishing Derby is an annual event dedicated to promoting awareness and responsible stewardship of the diverse natural resources found within our watersheds. The event is co-hosted by MOSS and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. In 2016 the event attracted over 2,200 people - especially kids who LOVED the fishing derby!
The Festival will be held on June 10, 2017 from 9:00a.m. – 3:00p.m. at the Bozeman U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Fish Technology Center on Bridger Drive. It's just below the "M" on the road to Bridger Bowl.
There will be fly casting lessons, food trucks, face painting, duck races, music and the incredibly popular fishing derby for kids. Keep two rainbow trout from the Center's thriving fish pond - cleaned on site! Fun for the entire family.
