Watershed Festival

Join Montana Outdoor Science School (MOSS) as we host and celebrate the 13th Annual Watershed Festival held on May 21st from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. on the lovely grounds of the Bozeman Fish Technology Center.  The mission of the Watershed Festival is to promote awareness, understanding, and appreciation of southwest Montana’s beautiful watersheds.  Come connect with our community and the Montana Outdoor Science School to celebrate, educate, and appreciate our natural world.

Bridger Raptor Fest

The Bridger Raptor Festival is an annual event held in and around Bozeman, Montana. The festival, which is free to the public, centers around a raptor migration count of the largest known Golden Eagle migration in the United States which takes place at the Bridger Bowl ski area in the Gallatin National Forest just north of Bozeman. Other activities include wildlife films, nature walks and talks, education and entertainment programs for people of all ages.

BBAR Ranch

Cross Country Ski Day in beautiful Tom Minor Basin-- It is fun for the whole family, pull sleds for children are allowed. $25 adults, $10 ages 7-12 and 7 under FREE! Cash or checks please. Admission includes skiing on 30 kilometers of meticulously groomed, private trails and a hearty buffet lunch inside the heated Nordic tent. All proceeds support the year-round MOSS outdoor nature programs. To register please call the ranch Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 406-848-7729.
